Calera won the last time they faced Brookwood and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles strolled past the Panthers with points to spare, taking the game 43-29. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Calera had a senior duo take command as Jordan Henderson rushed for 182 yards and two scores while picking up 7.9 yards per carry and Jordan Ward rushed for 95 yards and a pair of TDs on only 13 carries. Henderson's longest rush was for an impressive 65 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Calera was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 278 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Calera's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Brookwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
