Personal trainer Katerina Kountouris continues to work together with MaxPreps to bring athletes, coaches and parents new at-home workouts to stay in shape. With shelter-in-place orders continuing in some states around the country, here are some ways to keep your body moving.

WORKOUT No. 20
20 seconds of work — 10 seconds of rest
4 rounds of each exercise before moving one
Complete 2 rounds

Exercises
1. Jumping jacks
2. Split lunge pulse + jump switch
3. Side plank (switch)
4. Low squat jump in and out
5. Plank jumps side, middle, side
6. Pike push-ups
7. Burpees
8. Plank rocks
