Recap: Salmen Spartans vs. Hamilton Christian Warriors
On Thursday, Salmen was able to grind out a solid victory over Hamilton Christian, taking the game 50-43. The win made it back-to-back wins for Salmen.
Salmen's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zoe jane Nastasia, who scored five points. Another player making a difference was Akayla Mcmooain, who scored eight points.
Salmen's win bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Hamilton Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.
Salmen will finish 2023 at home by hosting Edna Karr at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Edna Karr is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 51.9 points per game. Hamilton Christian is on the road again on Friday and play against Warren Easton on December 29, 2023.
