Volleyball Recap: Mitchell Comes Up Short

Mitchell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Falcon Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Marauders of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11, 25-16.

Mitchell's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Falcon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mitchell will challenge rival Sierra at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Falcon is set to face off against their familiar foe Elizabeth at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
