Football Game Preview: Lebanon vs. Virginia

Virginia have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will take on Lebanon at 7:00 PM. Virginia come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.

Things haven't been easy for Virginia, and their game last Friday only extended their streak of losses to three. They were completely outmatched, falling 7-44 to Graham.

Meanwhile, Lebanon have had to suffer through a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Castlewood 35-14. Lebanon were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Virginia took the matchup and then some with a 55-6 victory over Lebanon the last time the two teams met. The rematch might be a little tougher for Virginia since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
