Basketball Recap: Menominee Takes a Loss

If Menominee was riding high fresh off their 78-39 takedown of Gladstone last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Menominee Maroons took a hard 61-42 fall against the Kingsford Flivvers on Monday. The Maroons have struggled against the Flivvers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Menominee's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Kingsford, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-3.

Coming up, Menominee will venture away from home to face off against Negaunee at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kingsford, they will host Marquette at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
