Volleyball Recap: Millbrook Triumphs + How To Watch

Millbrook saw some tournament action on Friday. They came out on top against the Providence Day Chargers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-23.

Harper Weddington paced Millbrook's offense, picking up 12 kills. Weddington got some help from Annabelle Walters and her 18 assists.

Millbrook now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Providence Day, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.

Millbrook didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Wake Christian Academy on the 22nd. As for Providence Day, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against North Raleigh Christian Academy on the 22nd.
