Soccer Recap: Wheaton Starts Season with Win at Home

Wheaton gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Eleanor Roosevelt Raiders a 2-0 shutout.

Coming up, Wheaton will face off against Clarksburg at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Eleanor Roosevelt, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Annapolis at 9:40 a.m. on September 6.
