Baseball Recap: Washburn Beavers vs. Madawaska Owls
Washburn proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by 14) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Madawaska Owls 4-3. This was a revenge game for the Beavers: when they faced off against the Owls back in May, they had to take a 12-4 defeat.

Brayden Barnard made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits.
