Baseball Recap: St. Luke's Takes a Loss

St. Luke was the 9-6 winner over Frederick Gunn when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Storm fell 6-3 to the Highlanders on Friday. The Storm have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Luke's saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Drew Zoccolillo, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one run.

St. Luke's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Frederick Gunn, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Luke's will square off against Greenwich Country Day at 4:43 p.m. on Monday. As for Frederick Gunn, they will face off against Berkshire School at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
