Football Recap: Havana Finds Home Field Redemption Against Monmouth United

There's no place like home for Havana, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Monmouth United Red Storm on Friday as they made off with a 26-6 win. The Ducks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Red Storm, too.

Cayden Green went supernova, rushing for 245 yards and three TDs while picking up 9.4 yards per carry. That's the most rushing touchdowns he has posted since back in August of 2024.

The victory got Havana back to even at 1-1.

Havana didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 42-36 defeat against Stark County on the 12th. As for Monmouth United, they have also already played their next contest, a 48-8 loss against Annawan-Wethersfield on the 12th.
