Seaman proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the De Soto Wildcats 5-3. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Addison Sibley was a major factor no matter where she played. She tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one home run.

In other batting news, Anna McLaughlin was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kayleigh Neil, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Seaman's record is now 7-3. As for De Soto, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Seaman has already played their next match, a 15-4 win against Clearwater on the 18th. As for De Soto, they will head out on the road to challenge Ottawa at 4:30 p.m. on the 24th.
