There's no place like home for Genoa-Hugo/Karval, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wiley Panthers on Friday. The Pirates have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

Rylee Corn paced Genoa-Hugo/Karval's offense, picking up 13 kills. Corn got some help from Rylee Kelly and her 19 assists. Finally, Corn was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.
