They came up short against the Lincoln HomeSchool Eagles, falling 72-51. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 88-47 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2023.

Des Moines HomeSchool W now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Lincoln HomeSchool, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.
