MAST Academy's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Southwest Eagles an 8-0 shutout. The Makos might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by four goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Southwest from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Claudia Alonzo led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

MAST Academy pushed their record up to 12-3-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 62 goals over those ten matchups. As for Southwest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11-1.

As of now, neither MAST Academy nor Southwest have any future games scheduled.
