Roosevelt's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gia Eleccion, who had five digs and two aces.

Costa Mesa's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Roosevelt, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Costa Mesa didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Ayala on the 16th. As for Roosevelt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Sunny Hills on the 16th.
