Volleyball Recap: Costa Mesa Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Mustangs on Saturday. Costa Mesa took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Roosevelt. Costa Mesa has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Costa Mesa now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Roosevelt, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Costa Mesa will venture away from home to square off against La Quinta at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Roosevelt, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Sunny Hills on the 16th.
