Basketball Recap: Metro-East Lutheran Takes a Loss

Metro-East Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 35-30 heartbreaker at the hands of the Patoka Warriors.

Metro-East Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Patoka, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Metro-East Lutheran has already played their next matchup, a 35-30 loss against Odin/Patoka on the 6th. As for Patoka, they will face off against Edwards County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
