Volleyball Recap: West Field Extends Winning Streak to Four

West Field proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Box Elder Bees 3-2. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

West Field found their leader in freshman Jorie Schiffman, who had nine digs and seven assists. Reagan Schenck also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

West Field was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

The win was the fourth in a row for West Field, bringing their record up to 6-2. As for Box Elder, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-3.

West Field didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Crimson Cliffs on the 23rd. As for Box Elder, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Sky View on the 23rd.
