Basketball Recap: Maimonides Sets Scoring Season-High Against Neighborhood House Charter

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Maimonides). Everything went their way against the Neighborhood House Charter Legends on Thursday as the Maimonides M-Cats made off with a 75-49 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the M-Cats have posted since February 1, 2024.

The victory was the third in a row for Maimonides, bringing their record for this year to 6-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Neighborhood House Charter, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Maimonides has already played their next match, a 50-35 win against Cristo Rey on the 2nd. Neighborhood House Charter has also already played their next game (against Holbrook), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
