West Aurora never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the Ridgewood Rebels 6-0. The Blackhawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by six runs or more this season.

The win was the fourth in a row for West Aurora, bringing their record up to 14-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Ridgewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.

West Aurora didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-1 loss against Lockport on the 10th. As for Ridgewood, they have also already played their next game, an 8-6 defeat against Berwyn/Cicero Morton on the 10th.
