Madison came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Cedar Bluffs Wildcats. This was payback for the Dragons, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Madison got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-21, 23-25, 25-20.

Salena Duinkerken paced Madison's offense, picking up eight kills. Duinkerken got some help from Bella Duinkerken and her 19 assists. Salena was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Madison's win bumped their record up to 5-21. As for Cedar Bluffs, they dropped their record down to 11-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Madison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Clarkson/Leigh on the 16th. As for Cedar Bluffs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Boys Town on the 16th.
