Basketball Game Preview: Greater Latrobe Wildcats vs. Penn-Trafford Warriors

The Greater Latrobe Wildcats will venture away from home to challenge the Penn-Trafford Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Greater Latrobe will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

While Greater Latrobe didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They managed a 56-50 win over Shenandoah on Saturday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Penn-Trafford, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They snuck past Elkins with a 72-68 victory on Friday.

Penn-Trafford now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Greater Latrobe, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.

Greater Latrobe came up short against Penn-Trafford in their previous matchup back in February, falling 71-61. Can Greater Latrobe avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
