Volleyball Game Preview: Livermore Cowboys vs. Dublin Gaels + Official Tickets

Livermore is 0-10 against Dublin since August of 2021 but things could change on Thursday. The Cowboys will head out on the road to take on the Gaels at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Livermore lost 3-0 to Foothill on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-9, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Dublin didn't have quite enough to beat Granada on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Dublin actually scored more points across those five sets (113-103), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 10-25, 28-26, 26-24, 15-12.

Dublin's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Livermore, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-16.

Livermore suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Dublin when the teams last played back in September. Can the Cowboys avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
