After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Regis, Elk Mound was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 35-8 victory over the Osseo-Fairchild Thunder. The Mounders haven't had any issues with the Thunder recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Osseo-Fairchild, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
