Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kennard). They breezed by the Corrigan-Camden Bulldogs to the tune of 74-46 on Friday. While the Tigers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-25), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Leading Kennard to victory were De Vant'E Toliver and Deuce Harrell. Toliver went 9 for 18 en route to 24 points plus six assists and five rebounds, while Harrell went 10 for 15 en route to 24 points plus seven rebounds. Harrell's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Demari Toliver, who earned nine points plus two blocks.

The victory made it two in a row for Kennard and bumps their season record up to 5-2. As for Corrigan-Camden, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Kennard and Normangee will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Kennard has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Corrigan-Camden, they will be defending their home-court for the first time this season they go up against Wells at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
