Basketball Recap: South Medford Takes a Loss

South Medford lost against Sheldon on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The South Medford Panthers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 71-43 to the Sheldon Irish, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Medford's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Sheldon, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-5.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Grants Pass the next time they take the court. South Medford will head out to face Grants Pass at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while Sheldon will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
