Riverside hasn't had much luck against Atlantic Coast recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Riverside Generals will head out on the road to square off against the Atlantic Coast Stingrays at 6:30 p.m. Riverside will be strutting in after a victory while Atlantic Coast will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with seven defeats in a row dating back to last season, Riverside turned things around against Westside on Tuesday. They blew past the Wolverines 17-2. The Generals not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 26, 2024.

Josh Skipper made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off eight hits (and only one walk). Skipper was even better at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. Those hits were his first of the season.
