Baseball Recap: South Lake Starts Season with Win at Home

South Lake gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Zephyrhills Bulldogs with a sharp 18-1 victory.

L Edwards looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk).

At the plate, South Lake got a massive performance out of L Turner, who went a perfect3-for-3 with six RBI, two runs, and two doubles. N Mclees was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
