Softball Recap: Cascade Champions vs. Tullahoma Wildcats

Cascade won the last time they faced Tullahoma, and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cascade Champions were the clear victor by a 13-5 margin over the Tullahoma Wildcats. With that win, Cascade brought their scoring average up to 6.5 runs per game.

Brianna Horn made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up five earned runs off only one hit. Horn has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances. Horn was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI.
