Basketball Game Preview: Burlingame Panthers vs. Wilcox Chargers

The Burlingame Panthers and the Wilcox Chargers will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Burlingame saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell 55-51 to Mountain View. The loss put an end to the Panthers' undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, Wilcox played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 70-45 to Westmont. The Chargers were down 53-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Having lost for the first time this season, Burlingame fell to 2-1. As for Wilcox, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
