Volleyball Recap: Pioneer Find Success

Pioneer lost to Christian Brothers on Saturday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Patriots came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

Alyssa Robinson paced Pioneer's offense, picking up 12 kills. Robinson got some help from Marisa Bryson and her 13 assists. Layla Medalle controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Pioneer's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Christian Brothers, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Pioneer has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Vacaville on the 23rd. As for Christian Brothers, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Del Oro on the 25th.
