Baseball Recap: Foley Takes a Loss

Foley blew Kimball out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Monday Kimball got their revenge. The Falcons fell just short of the Cubs by a score of 6-4. The Falcons just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Foley saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gavyn Wirth, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI.

Foley's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Kimball, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.

Foley has already played their next contest (against Royalton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kimball will be paying especially close attention to the Falcons' match: after the Falcons face off against the Royals, they'll take on Kimball again at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
