College View Academy proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Cedar Bluffs Wildcats 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won seven in a row.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day College View Academy got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 23-25, 25-9.

College View Academy's victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Cedar Bluffs, they dropped their record down to 12-15 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Coming up, College View Academy will take on Mile High Academy in a tournament on Thursday. As for Cedar Bluffs, they will venture away from home to take on Cornerstone Christian School at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
