Football Recap: Fayetteville-Manlius Takes a Loss

If Fayetteville-Manlius was riding high fresh off their 39-0 takedown of Watertown last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets received a blow on Friday as they fell 33-18 to the Corcoran Cougars. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cougars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.

Fayetteville-Manlius now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Corcoran, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fayetteville-Manlius will head out to challenge Liverpool at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Corcoran, they will venture away from home to square off against Henninger at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
