Northern Virginia HomeSchool waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past Heritage Christian 3-0.

Northern Virginia HomeSchool was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16, 25-20.

Their offense was headlined by Paityne Janda and Nici Gareau, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Katie Thomas and her 15 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

Northern Virginia HomeSchool's victory bumped their record up to 12-1.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Northern Virginia HomeSchool and Fredericksburg V will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
