Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ashbrook). They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Kings Mountain Mountaineers on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for Ashbrook, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Aiden Fadel and Jackson Purdum scored all three of Ashbrook's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Ashbrook's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-10-1. As for Kings Mountain, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
