Plainfield managed a 31-27 win over Terre Haute South Vigo on Friday. Meanwhile, Harrison had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 30-22 win over West Lafayette on Friday.
Plainfield might still be hurting after the 39-13 loss they got from Harrison in their previous meeting back in October of 2023. Thankfully for Plainfield, Cailix Dillon (who rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 146 yards and two touchdowns while completing 90% of his passes) won't be suiting up this time.
