Washington had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Tea Titans as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

While Washington won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 26-24, 25-12.

Aubrielle Perry paced Washington's offense, picking up eight kills. Perry got some help from Emily Akkerman and her 18 assists. Akkerman also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Hannah Nesdahl, each putting up five.

Washington's record now sits at 8-3. As for Tea, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.
