While North Tahoe put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Sierra Lutheran. North Tahoe put the hurt on Sierra Lutheran with a sharp 10-0 win. Considering the Lakers have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Curtis Edmunds was a standout: he scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexis Ibarra, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

North Tahoe was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .391. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .391 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

North Tahoe's record is now 9-3. As for Sierra Lutheran, they dropped their record down to 2-9-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
