Utopia not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since November 4, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Charlotte Trojans with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Buffaloes in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13, 25-20.

When it comes to explaining why Charlotte lost, don't look at Kadence Luna. Despite the final result, she had six aces.

Utopia's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Charlotte, their loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7.
