Wayland came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Duxbury Dragons by a score of 3-1.
Wayland walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-18, 21-25, 25-21, 25-11.
Wayland's win bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Duxbury, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 22-1.
