Clairemont is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Canyon Crest Academy 45-13 on Thursday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Chieftains considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

A big part of Clairemont's win came down to the chemistry between Abby Mora and her top target Kacey Otterman. Mora threw for 219 yards and four TDs while completing 72.7% of her passes while Otterman picked up 136 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Those 136 receiving yards gave Otterman a new career-high.

Clairemont didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Alexis Benjamin picked up that interception and then proceeded to rub salt in the wound by taking it back the other way for a touchdown.
