Soccer Game Preview: Page County vs. Rappahannock County

The Page County Panthers are taking a road trip to face off against Rappahannock County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Thursday, Page County didn't have quite enough to beat Stonewall Jackson and fell 3-2.

Sam O'Neill and Dawson Richards scored both of the Panthers' goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Meanwhile, Rappahannock County fell victim to Madison County and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Mountaineers by a score of 1-0. Rappahannock County hasn't had much luck with Madison County recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Page County's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1-1 and their overall record down to 3-2-1. As for Rappahannock County, they suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 4-2.
