Soccer Game Preview: Brackenridge vs. Seguin

The Brackenridge Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Seguin Matadors at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

Brackenridge is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Jefferson on Monday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Seguin was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They lost 4-1 to Burbank.

Brackenridge's draw makes their record 7-14-1 this season. As for Seguin, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15-1 record this season.

Brackenridge came out on top in a nail-biter against Seguin when the teams last played back in February, sneaking past 4-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brackenridge since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
