Mitchell was led to victory by Cayden Thomas, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Thomas went 6 of 10 en route to 15 points and five steals. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.1 steals per game. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.
