Soccer Game Preview: Naperville North vs. Edwardsville

The Naperville North Huskies will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the Edwardsville Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Edwardsville took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Naperville North, who comes in off a win.

Naperville North proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by six) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Batavia 2-1. Kelly Wilson had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Naperville North.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Edwardsville challenged O'Fallon on Thursday. Edwardsville fell just short of O'Fallon by a score of 2-1.

Edwardsville's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Naperville North, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1.
