Volleyball Recap: The Woodlands Takes a Loss

The Woodlands lost against Flower Mound back in August of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Highlanders came up short against the Jaguars, falling 3-0. The Highlanders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The Woodlands now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Flower Mound, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

The Woodlands will be playing at home against Grand Oaks at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Highlanders their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Flower Mound, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Birdville on the 16th.
