While Westminster School's win against Trinity-Pawling School wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Martlets had just enough and edged out the Pride 3-2 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Martlets have posted since May 11, 2024.

Westminster School's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Matthew Shea, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Westminster School has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.5 runs over those games. As for Trinity-Pawling School, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
