Crimson Cliffs is a perfect 10-0 against Pine View since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Mustangs will challenge the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Pine View took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Crimson Cliffs, who comes in off a win.

While Crimson Cliffs' win against Snow Canyon wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mustangs had just enough and edged out the Warriors 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Mustangs have posted against the Warriors since March 31, 2022.

Meanwhile, Pine View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Dixie, falling 11-2. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly nine runs.

Pine View saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kamarie Sullivan, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another was Genevieve Evans, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Crimson Cliffs' win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-10. As for Pine View, their loss dropped their record down to 5-14.

Everything went Crimson Cliffs' way against Pine View when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Crimson Cliffs made off with a 15-1 victory. Do the Mustangs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
